TZ Pretty hot and very humid. Course quite undulating. Although time looks modest, it was good enough for 3rd place and a prize! :-)

hillstrider A very hot and humid day, which I am sure greatly affected everybodys finishing times. This was my slowest ever 10k, but I still enjoyed the race, despite the discomfort of the heat and humidity.

maria_musttryharder! Splits 6.25 5.20 5.54 5.32 5.55 6.46 5.15 6.06 6.13 5.42 Personal best!! A warm and muggy day, first time running with a partner. It really helped because Rob was very encouraging especially during the final ks. Didn't hardly shuffle at all, picked legs up and lengthened stride which resulted in the fastest ks. Even managed a proper sprint at the end (final 40m).
