Fat Boy Very pleased with run. Placed 4th overall and felt strong throughout the race. Thankfully I had no effects from last weeks calf and lower back strain so a few days rest paid dividends. Thoroughly enjoyed the course and the event received many positive comments from other runners.

Plussing As Which 5.6miles. For the third race in a row I finished one place below the prizes (4th lady) but was chuffed to be in the first ladies' team. Really enjoyed the race and even managed a slight change of pace in the last 50m to hold off challenge from a guy who came charging up behind me.

Baza Prediction could be a bit hopefull, but we'll see how it goes!! Good race on a cracking night, and not far away with the prediction either. Just wish the ground was a bit softer:-)). Never the less enjoyed the run and the buffet afterwards. Onwards and upwards from now hopefully!!
