About this parkrun
Totally flat course along the promenade. Out and back twice. No congestion due to numbers and wide prom. Easy parking, £1.50 in car park or free for 1 hour behind amusement park. Finish close to beach for dip in sea to cool down if brave enough.Gravic 17th Jul 2019
Very flat, out and back twice along the prom. Plenty of room for all. Very friendly. Can easily park free in nearby streets. Public toilets near the start/finish.

Exposed to wind as it is on seafront.

On the seafront flat tarmac 2 laps with plenty of room and everyone keeps left. Nice views of the sea and coast, can be windy. Parking very easy and nice loos by the start. Breakfast at Harvester near the start or a nice cafe at the other end.

This is a cracker. Two out and back laps along the prom. Plenty of paid parking near the start. We had a dip in the sea after. There's a cafe near the turnaround point called The Beach which is really really good!!
