Lieutenant Lucerne Pleased with a sub 40 time, on what was a fairly testing course. A fairly fast start (but I suspect the 1K marker was too early). Slowed around 5K to 6K on the gradual climb, followed by some faster stretches and then the final Km, which was the slowest due to the uphill section. An enjoyable early season 10K.

GrahH Agree with Lieutenant Lucerne - good little race.. although I'm obviously a division or two down! Everybody talked about the 9k hill (which I didn't think was as bad as I expected..) but nobody mentioned all the others before that!! Well done Winslow Lions. Nice one

Jo-bee Quite hilly in places but not too bad. Pushed myself to get a reasonable time in this race, really enjoyed it and had some left in the tank to sprint to the finish!! Knew I wouldn't PB as training hasn't been consistent enough in the last few months so pleased with my time.
