Fitz 1st competitive 10k but disappointed not to break 50 minutes. Slowed to a walk a couple of times. Not much training since mid-June and the lingering effects of Glasto last weekend took their toll!

middletoe Really hot - left leg Ok Started off at PB pace but had to slow after 3 k to normal M pace Really needed to carry liquid as thirsty by the 5K water station and then needed a little every 1 k
