Great fast start, excellent running surface, 3x down and up with not too much of either to stop this being a potentially very fast course. GPS has tendency to cut short by anticipating the top corner, so watch pace might be misleading!

Three undulating laps on tarmac paths around the gorgeous Leazes Park. Toilets in the Royal Victoria Infirmary just opposite the park. City centre location means parking is pay and display only.

Three-lapper in a scenic park. Downhill at the start of the lap, uphill at the end, which can be challenging!
