Great hilly coursechewitt 22nd Dec 2018
Two loops from the Ashton Memorial on tarmac and woodland trail. Challenging in the best sense. 80m up/down overall. Beware deep puddles after rain and loose grit on downhill. Great views from finish. Allow good time to park and jog to start.

OMG those hills! 2 laps over very mixed terrain but I think you’d always need road shoes because of the downhill tarmac sections. Challenging.

Two laps on varied terrain with a decent bit of climbing on both (could do without the steps up from the wet bit in the woods). Great views to the Lakes and over Morecambe Bay from the top.

2 laps, mix of tarmac & trail. Very, very, VERY not flat.
Gorgeous park - one of the prettiest parkruns I've done.
Recommend (especially for mountain goats).
