Craig D Real enjoyed this race, was not sure of the route so stayed with others all the way. Boulder fields were a nightmare and made me dream of tarmac. This is my first experience properly off road and will be back for more!

Russell M Looking forward to this one - wanted to get up and recce the route but haven't had the chance. No idea about times really - sub-5 would be good but that's just a stab in the dark. **UPDATE** Finished in around 4:31, ran it quite conservatively, wasn't sure about the route so hung back to keep with other runners at some points rather than pushing on ang getting lost. Turned out to be quite straightforward so wished that I'd just pressed on - will have experience on my side next year as I'm definitely going to back for this one! :)
