ugly 43rd place,happy and very pleased with effort.Wore spikes for first time which i loved.Also beat steve on run in and he took 2mins out of me in a10k recently.Hopefully my cold is clearing and i can start running abit quicker.Cracking turnout as well and well done New Eltham ladies!
