Alun Second XC race of the weekend, thought that I'd play it by ear and see how my legs felt before pushing too hard. Felt quite good so went for it, ran in a group with Adam, Gareth and Sean. Had a lot of fun down the hills, opening my stride and just going for it. Worked really hard throughout and only dropped a couple of places on the second lap. Hard into the finish and rewarded with 21st place, my highest finish by some margin. Also collected my 100 races memento.
