Alun Knole Park, it seems to be all up hill but such wonderful surroundings with the deer. and the snow flurries and the biting wind!!! Ran well, pressed hard on the climbs (80% of the race) and floored it on the steep downhills (15%) - Feet were pretty sore by the end however.

Mr Hiles Lovely scenic run, well marshalled. No mud this year, ground was very hard. The climbs really took their toll on me. I had hoped to run near 40 mins, but the course measured 5.59 miles on the Garmin, so I'm reasonably pleased with my time. Might've run a tad faster if I hadn't started chatting to a girl from Paddock Wood AC on the second lap - still you have to enjoy yourself don't you? :o)

Runna This is such a lovely setting to run in. Longer course this year (5.58 miles). V cold, ground hard. Pleased with my run, my best position this season.

ugly last race in league,been slowly improving,form on the upgrade after Dartford 10 so we,ll see what happens.Have a good race all. UPDATE;Not been feeling too great but glad i gave it ago as i was ok when i got going,cold and hilly but scenic.Made the course 5.65miles and came in 35th place,pleased with effort.
