Alun I wasn't sure how this would pan out after a week with a heavy cold and cough, I shouldn't have worried as I started out sensibly before increasing my pace and taking places throughout. Began to tire in the final 2k before a major stumble in a deep, muddy puddle slowed me right down. Lost a place in the run in but happy with 52nd.
