Alun Steady start because of a slightly tight hamstring, it seemed okay so I pushed on once we hit the beach. Took places on both laps, finished quite strongly but around a dozen places back from where I could have been. Happy with 33rd on a very tough course, next up is the final Kent League on Saturday.
