clare1976 Ran slow as part of longer LSR for Clueless. Still hard work for me even at this pace! Beautiful route and well organised race. May be tempted to do the whole thing one year! :-)

Running Caz This leg (2nd) was actually 10.75M so it's not too bad. Ran this with a very swollen and painful toe. Had to walk the real rough bits towards the end as too sore! Pleased with time all things considered!

Tarmac Runner Died at 5 mile due to the amount of training like a 13 mile run the day before , not the best was holding 5th place for quite a while and could have kept it if legs had been fresh. Looking forward to giving it another go next year.

Foot & Mouth Did the 3rd leg which measured 9.11 on the Garmin, 1 hour 14 minutes. Did O.K but thought I should have done better, lungs left a bit sluggish. Could have been the Yorkie bar I choked on the night before. Thanks Allan 'goat whisperer' !!!!
