A tough little course winding its way up to Paddy Freemans Park for a big lap , then small lap before a fast descending last mile to finish where you started - very scenic with bridges , steps & waterfalls along the way

Very tough course but absolutely beautiful and very friendly.

Challenging course. Starts off with a hilly first mile including steps, then a few flat loops followed by a final k of mostly descent.

Tough but well worth it. Up, flat and fast down. Paid on street parking (PayByPhone app) nearby and toilets before the start.
