hannkies Decent run without being spectacular, and roughly what I expected tonight. Feel a bit fitter the past couple of weeks so hopefully once I get a couple more weeks hard training in I won't be too far away from where I was pre injuries, and then hopefully kick on from there. Good route, excellently organised by Irvine AC, so thanks to them. Good runs by a few folk including Chris, and also top marks to Kerry who had a stormer tonight. Well done bud.

Sunbed Athlete PB by 7 secs & course PB by 28 secs.Took 2nd place.Well chuffed with time & result.Was sitting in 4th after the 1st mile then went into 2nd just before the turn.Splits were 5:04,5:08,5:11,5:15 & 4:59.Was hurting like hell on the last & no wonder.Didnt know what gap I had.In the end it was just over a minute.Irvine,like all the other Ayrshire clubs hold well marshalled,organisied races so hats off to them.Got £20.
