Debbie G Great race - I think its my favourite of the series :-) Not as quick as last year but faster than Bury last week so I'm happy with time due to recent events . Good to see the Striders ladies take the team prize :-)

Mudlark/Titan Tri sport I'm running tired at mo,loads of races & i dont know courses,so caution if bet.Was'nt going to go but weather got better & no rain,very tricky course first mile,thru steep down hill section with tree roots & pot holes to negotiate & a long off road section only to go back up steep bit !

stu8 having only ventured into ipswich on a social basis before i wasn't aware they were hiding so many hills round the back!!!! having had a diasterous journey getting me there about 10 mins to race time and unentered i was glad to get in. Nice venue and a challenging course. Not good for a pb me thinks though :)
