Micky Two Pints This could be my first race since 2007 (although I'm considering the Great Wishford 10K a couple of weeks earlier. Just started training again a week or so ago so I'm not expecting a PB. If I do the Great Wishford I would hope to do this in 57 mins but if not, anything under an hour would be good. Not entered yet, just waiting a couple of weeks to see how the training goes. It's OK so far but I don't want to tempt fate.

SuperSooks Tough course (Undulating trail/XC), especially after racing the day before, so did not race flat out. Very enjoyable race for all abilities, 2nd lady :-)

maria_musttryharder! 6.13 6.16 6.41 5.30 5.58 5.48 5.56 6.22 5.54 5.17 First 3k were mostly uphill and the ground was very uneven. Managed to speed up on the downhill parts of the route. A lovely morning for running.
