B Felt unwell before and throughout. Through half way in 20.17 - thought about stopping there. From 6kms thought I was going to have to pull out to vomit - managed to continue at a reduced pace. Should be pleased as this is a PB, but I know I'm fitter than that.

forkhandles quite a low key race - no chip timing and i don't recall seeing anyone logging the finishers, so the time quoted is from my watch and is probably more accurate than anything else. just beat previous best by 1 second - even running with a cold
