Ally2 Came 2nd to Jason Williams of Owls (32:42). Went out hard to break all (which was done in first 400m) but Jason followed and passed me just after a heavy field which killed my legs- about 25mins into race. Pleased for my 1st xc of season and the pace is about the same as last seasons xc.

Broccers Day after 17 mile XC at seagrave so was worried as to what the legs would do. Actually felt suprisingly good and although it was tough going I really enjoyed it!

Middler Really tired after walking round London all day yesterday (NOT Christmas shopping). However, really enjoyed the run and there was lots of mud to keep me happy. Can't wait for the next one.
