Boycie My slowest ever 5k - but a great one to boot! Paced the beast round in a PB time for him by a long way. 9m 28 a mile average pace, which he can be well happy with - he should be on course for a cracking time at the Stilton 10k in mid September, esp if he can keep training like this...
