About this parkrun

Lovely hilly run with great views over London and Kent. Three laps, multi surface though road shoes fine when I ran it in Sept. Really nice café. Friendly core team.

Hilly! 3 laps, mixed surface (I ran in trail shoes, but road shoes would be fine if it was dry). Did I mention it was hilly?

Hilly (of course) and can be muddy and slippy in places during the wetter months of the year!

3 undulating laps the downhills make up for the uphills half tarmac half grass. Nothern line out of Euston to Embankment walk 200 yards to Charing Cross south west trains to Ladywell walk half a mile up the hill, you can change at London Bridge ?
