SK aka Clive First race after FLM. Thought I'd be ok doing this one, but did struggle over last 3 miles. Fairly hilly, nice course, but don't like doing laps as the temptation to finish at 5 miles was fairly strong. Quite lonely on the 2nd lap, not many ladies running the longer distance.

Shin-Twigs boy that was hilly up and downy and pyschologically damaging when you had to run 1 lap and then leave the others behind and do another five miles ! ran my little chubby legs off the last mile to get my PB - am making a cake to celebrate, yee ha !
