Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Paul H Build up to the race was poor (Lack of miles in training), had a good run in near perfect conditions (3hrs 5min) should have done 4.45 no problem but set of on the cycle without a jacket, got cought in the heavy cold rain and just gave upon the effort. Cruised home in 5 hrs. Oh stopped to help a girl change a puncture. That was my good dead for the day. See you all next year.

boulders I,ve trained hard for this. My running is as good as last year and the bike should be approx 10-12 mins faster. weather is not that conducive to a fast time but I'm sticking my neck out and going for a pb here. Easterly winds on Saturday small pb: westerly/SW winds 15-20 min pb. Worth a punt!
