Biastai That really was fun, even if it was my slowest race pace! :-) Got to be the toughest race I've ever done. Whoever designed the course through waste high bogs needs to see a psychiatrist..... Got to be the dirtiest I have been since I was 10 years old.

task easily the toughest race i've ever done,really struggled over the last few miles but the bog of doom got me laughing again.

RunningBob Great fun on the forest trails. Nice and sunny but the bogs were deep and particularly smelly. Tricky running on my own most of the time. At least a mile further than last time - maybe 11.5 miles? 5th overall.
