Gasheader Start was very poor first two miles all uphill and wheezing with hayfever. Once at the turn in 21:30 felt refreshed and managed to make a good fist of getting back in 14:40. Finished 105/247 10th for the club.

Velo Boy The last of a series of races in the North Yorkshire area; on this occasion hosted by Swaledale Road Runners. Starting at the village of Hudswell, the race is an out and back. The out being uphill.
