Roadrunner Bark I am really looking forward to this 10K Race which will be alot closer to my home for a change! Not too sure of the course tho I will just take It with ease as It comes! Sounds like a nice place to race and I have recieved my lovely blue T-Shirt with the main charity on It

Hamsterwheel Hard race route that was up hill and down dale so it was hard to get into a good rythme.Ran it in trail shoes as i had thought it was a trail race and the route was a bit longer than 10k with the garmin saying 6.42 so not to unhappy about not breaking 40mins.Everything was great with stuff for the kids, marshaling and route was well done the only gripe was the car parking.All in all a good day.5th place.
