Marigold First ever XC , first time wearing my track spikes as well ! Was planning on running just at tempo HR bit was difficult to mantain that HR with 1/2 the lap of the field being an uphill drag so just went with it after about 1/2 way. Really enjoyed myself and felt nice and controlled. 16th place HR average 170 / Average pace 5:35
