SuperSooks What a mud bath! Wasn't feeling 100%, still recovering form Christmas cold I guess

Windsurfin' Susie Paced well, bringing the team home, overtaking people uphill - strength work clearly working! Right adductor sore afterwards though - sore spot near site of injury - worrying before I worked out what the problem was (or rather wasn't!)
