About this parkrun

Flat PB course along the esplanade. Consisting of a long mile straight from start, then back to around halfway, then back to furthest point, returning to nearly the start.

Flat course run entirely on tarmac. Out and back, sort of, as you go out 1/2 way back, out again, and then back to the start. Good course for just setting a pace and getting on with it; excellent chance of a PB :)
Good views when weather is clear.
