Fergus Did this at the last moment. Was well organised but the start was a bit strange where you crossed the start line twice and the leaders had already crossed it twice before I even reached it and it took 7 miles to get to folk running my pace. My fault for being a bit late and not getting nearer the front.

Grey Badger Entering on the day if i feel ok after Saturday fell race. Just use it as a training run up to Border Reivers Half Marathon on 24th. !!!!!!!! UPDATE. Had a great run. Started off obout 500 and took first 2 miles really steady and just built up slowly, passed loads of people and finished 45th. Havent felt this good running for months no pulls aches or anything and breathing was spot on.

jazz Had a poor run, struggled from the third mile to maintain a decent pace. Disappointed with my time, thats what happens when you dont race for nearly 2 months. Wish I had a £1 for every person that overtook me! Back to the drawing board (sigh)

RununMan Not sure if it was me or the course but this was tougher than I expected (it was me)!! Generally a nice course but a dodgy loop at start. Ran on my own ALL the way and couldn't keep the pace. I finished 24th, enjoyed the day but had a touch of cramp and must work harder to beat my pb. oh and i was 3rd M40 :-)
