Mushroom First time at this one and really enjoyed it. Nice scenery and good underfoot for first 2.5 miles then a gentle incline for a mile uphill, but on a rough old packhorse track so tricky to keep a smooth flow. Next 1/2 mile was downhill on a narrow muddy grass path before a final blowout on tarmac down to the finish. Guaranteed a PB as it's the first time at this distance!
