Gibster Lack of preparation, tight and had to tie my shoe races twice, as well as go to the toliet.

Mushroom First time at this one and really enjoyed it. Nice scenery and good underfoot for first 2.5 miles then a gentle incline for a mile uphill, but on a rough old packhorse track so tricky to keep a smooth flow. Next 1/2 mile was downhill on a narrow muddy grass path before a final blowout on tarmac down to the finish. Guaranteed a PB as it's the first time at this distance!
