Hendo I seem to be breaking longer-distance PB's at the moment, but not sure how I'll do on this one, a lot will depend on the weather. First time at Gosport for me. **UPDATE** Well this was a perfectly paced race for me. Despite having stitch for the first 2 or 3 miles I settled down well into the planned pace. Ran with a friend who is quicker than me but hadn't trained much for this, so I was acting as his pace-man which kept me going. Slowed up a bit around 10/11 miles but pushed on and kept him up with me as he was having a tough spell, which meant that he kept me in it in the last half mile when i was tiring. Crossed the line together and knocked over 2 minutes off my PB. This was a very good, very slick and well organised race, friendly marshalls (some quite pretty too!) on a lovely day for a run. Thoroughly enjoyable.
