fraggle Phew that was a toughie :o) Veyr very hilly, so no danger of a PB today, but I just went out to enjoy it, and enjoy it I did :o)

Konaboy Very enjoyable race despite the starting hooter catching me by surprise & very close to the back. Good feeling to pass so many others especially in the valley between 4.5K & 7K & on the hill between 7K & the end. Good numbers of club runners considering there is very little promotion. Also worthy of a mention is the fine cup of tea & biscuit selection (all free) at the end - well done G & W Lions.
