Baza Decided to run this as I was through in Glasgow for a meeting later in the day. Well organised and marshalled, ran on Pavements and 1 or 2 side roads with

bedlam_g Glad to be racing again, tough and quite hilly wee race, kind of pleased with my performance, faded alot on the second lap especially at the top of the last hill when my legs turned to lead and never recovered.

ClaireT Woke up this morning in the mood to rest not race, but forced myself out the door anyway. Didn't feel focussed and probably held back too much in anticipation of the hills, having suffered last year. It helped a bit but still found them tough, especially the long gradual hill going past the start line for the second time. Came alive at 4 miles and sprinted the rest of the way. Not exactly the best tactics. No PB today but did improve on last years time so that will do. Nice to meet IanS again.

IanS Tough race especially as this was the first time I'd run that course, pretty hilly, wet and windy so reasonably happy with my time. Spoke to ClaireT after and she said she found it hard going too, so I feel better that real athletes didn't find it easy either :-)

Yano Decent run on this 2 lap hilly wee course. 30 seconds outside last year's PB time. Struggled a bit miles 2 to 3, but a strong finish in the last mile.
