iceblue Race was shorter this year as a result of the finish being moved from the shop to the craft workshops and measured 10.93 miles on the Garmin. Delighted with nearly a 7 min pb and 2nd placed lady in this small race of around 30 runners! Started off at a sensible pace and managed to keep it going, although a combination of the undulations and breeze on the way back made it hard work for a few miles. Felt fantastic over the last couple of miles and increased the pace toward the end. Well done to kenster who won the race!!
