bedlam_g My first relay, but that was a tough distance to judge, my tactics were just to go out as fast as I could and do my best to hang on when I tired. As a result my splits are dreadful but I’m pleased with my time and I’ve got a decent first mile time (5.26) out of it.

ian9657 harder than i remember but did OK if not great. 42 secs slower than 2 years ago, kind of says it all. But age equivalent time was 16.11.

JulesR 1st leg cavalry charge. Felt very slow as Bedlam disappeared into the distance never to return. It wasn't a bad run but I haven't got the legs for an eyes out 3 miles so raced 'defensively'. Nice to see a few Fetchies about and this is a really friendly club runners event. Same time next week anyone?
