George Cummings Road Relay - Splits are for half miles
My first relay, but that was a tough distance to judge, my tactics were just to go out as fast as I could and do my best to hang on when I tired. As a result my splits are dreadful but I’m pleased with my time and I’ve got a decent first mile time (5.26) out of it.
