Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

hillgirl There was a chilly wind and it was overcast as I went to register, so I was beginning to panic about the shorts and short sleeve combo, but just before the start the sun came out and the majority of the route is sheltered, so it got hot. Fantastic scenery on this one, and after you are past the quite hilly start it's pretty much flat. Really enjoyable run, and a really lovely spread of food at the end. The tablet was particularly good. I really liked the mug as a finishing prize. Really useful.

RunDMc A new one for me, but I've heard so many good things about it. Will have just got back from the States so must do a couple of warm-weather runs while I'm out there. UPDATE Did 5 x 1-hr runs while in Albuquerque and I'm sure that helped - still jetlagged, but the last mile was the fastest and managed to sneak in for my first sub-50min 10K. Once again got baulked by starting right at the back but the weather was perfect and all the good things I'd heard about it turned out to be true.
