Fab course. Nearly all on grass. Four lapper.7th Mar 2020
Rich has said it perfectly. Plus free parking easy to find and usually small in numbers .

One little lap followed by four big laps, almost all on grass. Lots of rabbit holes. Pretty flat. No cafe or toilets but there is a Tesco five minutes walk away with both. EDIT - Now with a cafe on-site.

Just over 4 laps around the grounds. Mostly grass, but firm, well drained. Beware of rabbit holes. Toilets & small café in resource centre by finish & free parking on site, as well as covered cycle rack. Average 100 runners. Very friendly team.

Four laps of the lovely grounds on the hospital, slight hill and many many rabbit holes
