5 Kilometer	23:42 (23:42) - Awful start, people running at >4hr pace starting right near the front. The first 5k was a series of being held up followed by quick sprints to get round them and was an absolute joke.

10 Kilometer	45:39 (21:57) - Still a bit of congestion but able to get into my stride here

15 Kilometer	1:07:11 (21:32) - First clear split, heart rate is 10bpm higher for the pace compared to training, realise sub3 is long gone so focus on sub 3:10 to get GFA for London next year.

20 Kilometer	1:28:33 (21:22) - Getting into my rhythm

Half marathon	1:33:26 - Bit of room for slowing down in second half and still bagging GFA

25 Kilometer	1:50:24 (21:51) - starting to slow a bit but nothing dramatic

30 Kilometer	2:12:31 (22:07) - continued slow

35 Kilometer	2:35:16 (22:45) - continued slow

40 Kilometer	2:59:10 (23:54) - hanging on

Overall pretty dissappointed but pleased i bagged sub 3:10. Very frustrating start cost me around 2.5 mins in the first 10k and i think not being able to get into my stride here impacted the rest of the race.

Thought for next time: Introducing some MP into the LSRs may get me used to running at MP whilst tired, also increasing the milage (averaged 40 miles per week for 12 week Rotterdam buildup).
