Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

ChrisU Good fun race in fine weather. Finished 4th - 10 seconds behind Stewart Whitlie. A bit miffed not to get under 1:20, but otherwise pleased with the run.

Little Stoker A brilliant day, when I ran an even pace all the way around a challenging route, and the legs kept going all the way. A new official Half pb by a fair bit. Brilliantly organised by the Forfar Roadrunners too.

Son of a Pronator Man Prediction is a wild guess based on road 1/2 M time plus ?. It will all depend on the conditions.Ankle deep mud ( or worse !) might add on a few minutes. I'm looking forward to this race, it should be something different and a new challenge. UPdated: Went off far too fast and paid for it all the way around. kept on getting passed and that was really depressing. The hill between 9 and 10 miles was really hard going up and hard coming down as well. Only 2 mins outside my road PB so that maybe isn't such a bad result after all. Thanks to the organisers. Looking forward to Alloa 1/2 now.

SueW Seems sensible to add some extra time for the mud, puddles, road crossings and hills!
Update - that was fun! Lovely route - eye watering hill as promised! the mud wasn't too bad - my shoes ended up cleaner than they started! very impressed with anyone managing a pb given the hill, trails, mud, heavy gates, kissing gates etc.
Lovely soup afterwards too and the water wasn't too cold for a shower either. Thank you Forfar road runners.
