Welsh Alex Still got a bad right knee so I have been off running all week. Started at the back because the plan was to plod gently. Thought I would not make it after 400 yards and up to mile 3 was really painful. Thereafter things improved gradually and I was able to speed up for the second half. Right knee now feeling not too bad. Anyway, a pleasant forest run with a few climbs but nothing much. Good underfoot.
