About this parkrun
Fast and flat out-and-back course on the promenade. Probably the quickest South Devon parkrun course. Plenty of coffee spots close by.♪♫ Synge ♪♫ 25th Jan 2019

Out and back, sort of, along the prom. Very fast, even when the sand has been blown off the beach. Highly charged and well organised team. Plenty of parking and good cafe too. Wind can provide a challenge but certainly one for speed.

Can be a congested first 200m but a very fast and flat course and a friendly team. If it's windy, beware sand-blasting off the beach

It’s flat - but on a day after two major storms parts of the course are a little sandy and the wind makes a big difference between the out and back times. Lovely sea views.

Fast flat parkrun. Nice quick route, well marshalled and in generally a great course to run.

Fast and flat, if a little congested in places. Still good for a PB effort or just a scenic run along Exmouth sea front!

Flat route along the promenade. Ran the old course which was a bit under 5k. On a good day you can run quick here, despite 2 180 turns and a third effectively near the start.
