Cats Whiskers A nice warm-up for the rest of the evening's entertainment - won't be going flat out but hoping this pace will be manageable. Okay - inside target pace and negative split, so I'm not going to complain! Was about 5 mins after the end of the 1-mile walk, so legs were like rubber.
