Mr Hiles Very difficult to compare last year's run with this years. The start and finish were completely different (and much better!). I had a good steady run, enjoying the scenery and improved my position by 11 or so from last year. As always, a great event, fantastic marshalls and free beer, t-shirt, cake, banana, orange squash, chocolate...!!

Shin-Twigs run round the other way. not very nice!. my legs are done now, nothing in them at all. think this was a course pb for me and Twig and we had a laugh !
