Dino69 oh my god,i went through every emotion known to man or women.pain jelly legs no air in me lungs but i did it the biggest achievement since child birth for me.barney rubble ran so well beating his pb,jh seemed to cruise round without suffering nookie bear was joking all the way dandelion went like a dream doing absolutly fantastic then burdock took the reigns and went like a rocket despite no sleep and thanks to the team encouraging me all the way we finished in 4 hours 3minutes amazing what a day out thanks so much for the experience.

mxhornet Now in our club's vets team probably on a 5k leg but not sure though. Update - our vets team became a B team due to only 5 vets being available and suprisingly given how late I came in to the team I was given a 10k leg, also with the ssh changeover I forgot to start my watch !! But took around 44 minutes which given the course and the wind was still slower than I'd have expected. At least I got in two and half hours all told though :-)

Tom Tom Christ that course doesn't get any easier-came uout a tad long by my Garmin as well! Pleased with my run, though, as a lot of folk seemed to be 1 min-1.30 slower than their 5k road times on that course :)
