Boycie WooHoo - another race - another PB. Couldn't quite dip under 18 minutes, but still a great run, considering I had run a half marathon 3 days earlier. 8th overall!

CPMINAS A new PB for me-just! But I was pleased as I had done a bicycle VO2 max test to exhaustion in the morning and had spent the entire day in London, so I was quite tired come the race start!

LukeStur Going for a good PB here - this course is pretty flat and my previous 5k's have been on a hilly course. Bit of a cold at the moment though in case any betters think its a dead cert. ---------------------------- Great run tonight - 18m 39s was the time on my stop watch so official time might be a couple of secs slower (I will update it when official results come through) Nice negative split: 9:24 first 2.5k, 9:15 2nd 2.5k despite incline on the way back! [Km Splits - 3:40, 3:49, 3:47, 3:43, 3:40] --------- Well done Boycie for getting a Great PB as well ;-)
