Baza Good 10K this one, out and back course and it's a champ race for my club. Using it as a warm up for Loch Ness 10K. *Update* Always a good race this one, so well done the 'Haddies' yet again. Was using this as a pre River Ness warm up, but opted to take it easy over the rougher ground. Toyed with a clubmate till 9K then picked up the pace, but he never stayed with me. Plenty prizes(I even got a spot prize) and a good turn out from the club, possibly 2nd men's team too. Good to see a few Fetchies today LorraineS, IanS, bedshaped and clubmates Runnersleep, Loopy..

Runnersleep Surprised at my time because its 7 days after my 100km at Perth and I have knocked in another 40 odd since then so, after a week of about 110 miles, no rest, I run a comfortable 45.35 which is my best this year. Great weather, good turnout from club and nice to meet some fellow fetchies - Baza - stop tormenting Neil LOL
